The scraper bucket is manufactured from high-strength wear-resistant steel, specifically engineered for heavy-duty applications involving high impact and abrasion, such as mining, tunneling, and earthmoving operations. Its optimized structural design ensures excellent durability and performance under extreme working conditions.
For material selection, critical wear and load-bearing areas are fabricated using high-grade wear-resistant steel (such as Hardox or equivalent), while the remaining structure utilizes high-toughness structural steel to achieve an optimal balance between wear resistance and impact strength.
Welding processes are carried out in strict accordance with international standards. Critical weld seams adopt multi-pass welding techniques, combined with controlled preheating, interpass temperature management, and post-weld cooling to effectively minimize residual stress and prevent cracking. All welds undergo visual inspection and, where required, non-destructive testing (UT/MT) to ensure structural integrity.
Dimensional accuracy is ensured through precision tooling and fixtures during fabrication and assembly. Key interfaces and mounting points are controlled within tight tolerances to guarantee precise fitment with the equipment. The entire manufacturing process follows a rigorous quality management system (such as ISO 9001), ensuring full traceability from raw materials to final delivery.
